	Terms and Conditions :	*Tournament Cancellation & Entry Fee Refund Policy        1) All Entry Fees are non-refundable. 2) A player must withdraw from a tournament no later than 5 p.m. the Wednesday prior to the tournament to receive a full credit for his entry fee. This credit may be applied to any future Medalist Golf Association tournament. Your entry will be considered a forfeit.  No entry fees will be credited after the 5 p.m. Wednesday, deadline. 3) If a tournament is cancelled due to weather prior to its start, the Medalist Golf Association will attempt to reschedule the tournament during the same calendar year. If the tournament can be rescheduled, a player's entry fee will be applied to the rescheduled tournament. 4) If all players have completed 18 holes of a tournament and the remainder of the tournament is cancelled due to weather, the Medalist Golf Association tournament committee at its discretion may either reschedule the final round of the tournament or consider the 18-hole results to be official and declare the tournament completed. 5) The Medalist Golf Association tournament committee will consult with its host golf course personnel on any decisions regarding suspension, cancellation and/or completion of its tournaments due to inclement or dangerous weather (i.e. due to lightning).
